Medical Assistant / Licensed Vocational Nurse
  • Provide compassionate, quality care to patients and excellent customer service to family members
  • Collect and record patient vitals and intake information in the EMR
  • Collect lab specimens and/or instruct patients / caregivers as to how to collect samples at home
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on lab results and disposition patients accordingly
  • Maintain medical supplies, inventory, and samples, and organize within the provided work stations and storage areas
  • Assist with in-office procedures
Qualifications
  • 1 year post-externship experience as an MA or LVN
  • Current Licensed Vocational Nurse certification required
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Availability 7 days/ week for afternoon and evening shifts

  • 1 year MA or LVN experience post Externship required
  • MA or LVN certification required
  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Focuses on providing quality customer care and service that meets the standards of the company mission and goals
  • Obtains and records vital signs, collects pertinent patient information and rooms patients using electronic medical records
  • Collects and prepares specimens for send-out to outside facility and instructs patients for home collection of in-house and send-out labs
  • Performs and assists physician with in-office procedures
  • Follows-up on send-out labs and obtains patient disposition
  • Monitors, maintains, stocks and organizes medical supplies, medication samples, and non-clinical back office inventory

Medical Assistant and Licensed Vocational Nurse Shifts for part-time / full-time / PRN:
Monday through Friday 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday 10:45 AM - 9:00 PM
Holidays and Summer Weekends 11:45 AM -7 PM
